🛒 Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pint cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes, halved if large)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to spice preference)
2 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey + chili flakes)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 ball burrata cheese (about 8 oz)
Fresh basil leaves, torn, for garnish
Crusty bread or toasted baguette slices, for serving
🍳 Instructions:
Sauté Garlic & Tomatoes
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds).
Add cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until softened and blistered (5–7 minutes).
Add Flavor
Stir in balsamic vinegar and chili flakes.
Drizzle in hot honey and toss well until the tomatoes are glossy and caramelized (another 2–3 minutes).
Assemble the Dip
Transfer the hot tomato mixture to a shallow serving dish or cast iron skillet.
Place the burrata ball in the center.
Drizzle with extra hot honey and olive oil.
Garnish & Serve
Top with fresh basil leaves.
Serve immediately with toasted bread for dipping.
