¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil mayonnaise

1 tsp lemon zest

8 oz lump crab meat, drained & gently picked over

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp Old Bay seasoning

¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh dill or oregano, chopped

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

¼ cup shredded mozzarella or mild white cheese

🥣 Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mayo, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.

Stir in garlic, paprika, Old Bay, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Gently fold in crab meat, herbs, and feta—do not overmix.

Transfer to baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella on top.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
