  • 2 pounds Chicken (Ground)
  • 4.5 0nce cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Chives (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (Powder)
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp White Pepper (Ground)
  • 1 large egg
  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/390F.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, until fully combined.

  3. 2 pounds Ground Chicken,4.5 ounces Cheddar Cheese,2 tablespoons Chives,1 teaspoon Garlic Powder,1 teaspoon Salt,1 teaspoon White Pepper, and 1 large Egg Scoop out tablespoon-sized chunks and roll into balls. Place the meatballs onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes until they are brown and feel firm to touch.
