  • 1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Toppings

  • Fresh berries

  • Thin lemon slices or zest curls

  • Mint leaves

  • Drizzle of honey

1. Make the Mediterranean Crumble (optional)

  1. Mix crushed biscuits or nuts with:

    • melted butter/olive oil

    • honey

    • pinch of cinnamon

  2. Spread on a plate and let it set.

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add Greek yogurt, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt.

  3. Whisk until creamy and fully blended.


3. Fold in the Whipped Cream

  1. Add the whipped cream gently using a spatula.

  2. Fold until the mixture becomes fluffy and mousse-like.

  3. Do not overmix.


4. Assemble
