- 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes (drained slightly)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1–2 tbsp taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt & black pepper, to taste

In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. - Sauté veggies

Let simmer for 8–10 minutes until thickened. - Assemble casserole
