  • 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes (drained slightly)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1–2 tbsp taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
