🥣 Mediterranean 1-Minute Bread in a Jar (No Flour • No Yeast • No Sugar)
✨ Ingredients (1 small serving — double if needed)
4 tbsp oat flour (or blend whole oats into flour)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
¼ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Pinch of oregano or thyme (Mediterranean flavor)
Optional add-ins:
1 tbsp flaxseed or chia
1 tbsp sesame seeds
A pinch of garlic powder
A drizzle of olive oil on top before cooking
🍽️ Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Jar
Use:
A microwave-safe glass jar, mug, or ramekin.
Brush lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
2️⃣ Mix the Batter
In the jar or in a bowl, whisk together:
Oat flour
Egg
Greek yogurt
Olive oil
Baking powder
Salt
Oregano (optional)
Mix until smooth and thick.
If too thick → add 1 tsp water.
If too thin → add 1 tsp more oat flour.
3️⃣ Cook
Microwave:
Microwave 60–90 seconds
Until bread rises and becomes firm.
Air Fryer (if not using microwave):
180°C / 350°F for 8–10 minutes
4️⃣ Slice & Enjoy
Let cool 1–2 minutes, then:
Remove from jar
Slice like small bread rounds
Toast if you want it crispier
Drizzle olive oil or spread a little cream cheese
