For the Dough

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt
For the Topping

1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella or a mix of:

feta (optional, for Mediterranean flavor)

3–4 garlic cloves, minced

½ tsp dried oregano
-
½ tsp dried thyme or basil

¼ tsp black pepper

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add Greek yogurt and olive oil.

Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead for 2–3 minutes until smooth.

Let it rest for 10 minutes (optional but helps softness).
2. Shape & Pre-Bake

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Lightly oil a baking tray.
-
Press the dough evenly into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.

Pre-bake for 8 minutes.
3. Add the Garlic Cheese Topping

In a bowl, mix:

olive oil

minced garlic
-
oregano
-
thyme/basil
-
pepper
-

Brush this mixture generously over the pre-baked dough.

Sprinkle the cheese evenly all over the top.
4. Bake

Return to the oven and bake 10–12 minutes or until:
