🛒 Ingredients

500 g (1 lb) lean ground beef

2 tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 red bell pepper, diced
-
1 zucchini, diced
-
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp tomato paste
-
1 tsp dried oregano
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½ tsp cumin
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

½ cup kalamata olives, sliced
-
¼ cup fresh parsley or basil, chopped
-
½ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Sauté onion for 3–4 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Add ground beef, break it up, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir in bell pepper and zucchini; cook 5 minutes until slightly tender.

Add tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, paprika, cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

Simmer for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until flavors blend.

Stir in olives and cook 1 more minute.

Remove from heat, garnish with fresh herbs and feta.
