Pineapple Cheese Ball!
Here’s a recipe:
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
Additional chopped pecans and green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, and crushed pineapple. Beat until smooth.
Shape the Ball: Transfer the mixture to a plastic wrap-lined bowl. Shape into a ball.
Coat with Nuts: Roll the ball in chopped pecans to coat.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Serve: Serve the cheese ball on a platter, garnished with additional chopped pecans and green onions. Serve with crackers or vegetables for dipping.
