  • ½ lb (250g) lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • ½–1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (if needed)

  1. Cook the beef
