  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • ¼ cup water

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat)

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • ½ cucumber, diced

  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup crumbled feta (optional)

Creamy Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 small garlic clove, grated

  • Salt & pepper


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Beef

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and cook 2–3 minutes until soft.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and tomato paste.
Add water and simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.


2️⃣ Make the Sauce

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.


3️⃣ Assemble

Warm tortillas slightly.
Add beef mixture to the center.
Top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, feta, and drizzle with yogurt sauce.

Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
