Weight Watcher Rainbow Swiss Chard
INGREDIENTS:
- Rainbow Swiss Chard 1 pound
- Garlic cloves 2, chopped and mashed
- Half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Olive Oil 2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp, or add according to taste
- Chopped black pepper, to flavor
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Warm the oil in a pan over a moderate amount of heat.
- Next, crush the garlic with a knife and put it to the heated pan.
- Then, mix a half teaspoon of red chili pepper flakes (if adding).
- Lightly fry the chopped garlic in the oil until golden.

- For six to seven minutes, simmer it with a lid on.
- Then, cut the (swiss chard) leaves into about one-inch slices.
- Next, add chopped leaves. Stir often and sauté until slightly wilted.
- Put black pepper and salt on it. Taste and make adjustments as necessary.
