Keto Chocolate Mousse
Deliciously rich, fluffy keto chocolate mousse, whipped together in just a few minutes! Made with cream cheese and plenty of real chocolate, this recipe is our very favorite keto dessert.
To Make with Chocolate Chip
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners or powdered erythritol
- 1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened, divided
- 1 pinch salt
To make with Coco powder
- 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners or powdered erythritol
- 1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 4 o cream cheese softened
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
TO Make with Chocolate Chip

Place chocolate chips in large heat-resistant mixing bowl.

In small saucepan over medium heat, heat heavy cream until bubbles start forming in the center (not around the sides). Remove from heat.

Pour heavy cream over chocolate chips and let stand 2 to 3 minutes.

Slowly stir with spatula or whisk until melted and smooth.

Add 2 ounces cream cheese to chocolate mixture. Beat with electric mixer until well incorporated.

Add remaining cream cheese and beat again until well incorporated.

Add Swerve, vanilla, and salt, beating with mixer on low speed until well incorporated.

Increase mixer speed, beating until mixture is light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
TO Make with Cocoa Powder

Place cream cheese in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until cream cheese is light and fluffy.

Turn mixer to low speed and slowly add heavy cream and vanilla extract.

Add Swerve, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.

Turn mixer to high speed. Mix until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.

Turn mixer to high speed. Mix until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.Serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.
