No Bake Banana Cream Pie
I can’t resist a slice of banana cream pie! I was headed to a party a few weeks ago and decided that I wanted to bring a no bake pie. I had some fresh bananas which made me think “what about a banana cream pie?” so I got to work. To make it an easy, no bake version of the original, I used a graham cracker crust and used instant pudding. You can either use banana or vanilla pudding in this recipe.
When it came to assembly, I laid slices of fresh banana at the bottom of the pie and then topped it with pudding, cool whip, and another layer of bananas around the edge. I like to serve it with a drizzle of caramel sauce!
