Hot Honey Tomato Burrata DipIngredients

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes, halved if large)

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to spice preference)

  • 2 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey + chili flakes)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 ball burrata cheese (about 8 oz)

  • Fresh basil leaves, torn, for garnish

  • Crusty bread or toasted baguette slices, for serving


🍳 Instructions:

  1. Sauté Garlic & Tomatoes

    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

    • Add garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds).

    • Add cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until softened and blistered (5–7 minutes).

  2. Add Flavor

    • Stir in balsamic vinegar and chili flakes.

    • Drizzle in hot honey and toss well until the tomatoes are glossy and caramelized (another 2–3 minutes).

  3. Assemble the Dip

    • Transfer the hot tomato mixture to a shallow serving dish or cast iron skillet.

    • Place the burrata ball in the center.

    • Drizzle with extra hot honey and olive oil.

  4. Garnish & Serve

    • Top with fresh basil leaves.

    • Serve immediately with toasted bread for dipping.
