Salt and black pepper to taste

🥗 Instructions
1. Prepare Vegetables

Shred the cabbage.

Slice cucumbers thinly (half-moons or long ribbons).

Cut bell pepper and carrot into thin strips.

Add all veggies to a large salad bowl.
2. Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together:

lemon juice

apple cider vinegar

Dijon mustard

garlic
-
oregano
-
salt & pepper
Whisk until creamy.
3. Combine

Pour dressing over vegetables.

Toss very well for 1–2 minutes so cabbage softens slightly.
