For the Dressing

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Blanch broccoli (optional):
For a slightly tender bite, blanch broccoli in boiling water for 30β40 seconds, then transfer to ice water. Drain well.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apple, red onion, cranberries, and nuts.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon, salt, and pepper until smooth.
