These Breakfast Totchos are hands-down the most delicious breakfast I’ve made in ages! My grandkids finished theirs in the blink of an eye and asked for more before everyone else was even served. It’s so easy, and there wasn’t a single tot left—definitely a family favorite!
Breakfast Totchos

Ingredients :

2 pound bag tater tots cooked
5 large eggs scrambled
1 ground pound breakfast sausage cooked
1 cup Colby Jack cheese
½ cup crushed bacon
Instructions :
Make sure that your tots, scrambled eggs, and breakfast sausage are all ready to go. Set your broiler to high.
Spread the tater tots into a single layer on a large baking sheet. They can be overlapping a little bit, but you want to make sure that they are not just in one big pile.
Spread out the scrambled eggs on top of the tater tots and then sprinkle on the sausage, cheese, and bacon.
Place the tray in the oven and let your totchos
