🛒 Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 500 g (1 lb) ground chicken

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs or oat crumbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Thai Glaze

  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking tray.

  2. Mix meatballs
    Combine all meatball ingredients gently.

  3. Shape
    Roll into 1½-inch balls and place on tray.

  4. Bake
    Bake 18–20 minutes until cooked through.

  5. Glaze
    Warm glaze ingredients, brush over meatballs.

  6. Serve
    Sprinkle with cilantro and lime zest.
