🛒 Ingredients
Meatballs

500 g (1 lb) ground chicken

1 egg

½ cup breadcrumbs or oat crumbs

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

½ tsp black pepper
Thai Glaze
-
3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
-
1 tbsp lime juice
-
1 tsp honey
-
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking tray.

Mix meatballs
Combine all meatball ingredients gently. -
Shape
Roll into 1½-inch balls and place on tray. -
Bake
Bake 18–20 minutes until cooked through. -
Glaze
Warm glaze ingredients, brush over meatballs. -
Serve
Sprinkle with cilantro and lime zest.
