✅ Ingredients (makes 15–20 small skewers)
1 block of firm feta cheese (cut into 1-inch cubes)
1 large cucumber (cut into thick half-moon or cube pieces)
15–20 Kalamata olives (pitted)
10–15 cherry tomatoes (optional but beautiful)
Fresh basil or mint leaves (optional)
For the Mediterranean Dressing
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
Black pepper
½ tsp honey (optional)

1. Prepare the dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together:
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Oregano
Black pepper
Honey (optional for balance)
Set aside.
2. Assemble the skewers
On small wooden or bamboo skewers/toothpicks, layer:
Cucumber piece
Feta cube
Kalamata olive
Cherry tomato (optional)

Repeat until all skewers are done.
