πŸ— INGREDIENTS

1. Chicken Souvlaki

  • 1 kg chicken breast or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Β½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

Optional: wooden skewers soaked in water for 15 minutes


2. Feta Whipped Dip

  • 200 g feta cheese

  • Β½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 small garlic clove

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Black pepper

  • Optional: fresh dill or mint


3. Board Add-Ons (Choose Your Favorites)

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Sliced cucumbers

  • Bell peppers

🍒 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Marinate the Chicken

  1. In a large bowl, mix:

    • olive oil

    • lemon juice

    • garlic

    • oregano

    • thyme

    • paprika

    • salt & pepper

  2. Add chicken pieces, coat well.

  3. Marinate 30 minutes – 2 hours.


2. Cook the Souvlaki

Skillet or Grill:

  1. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.

  2. Cook 10–12 minutes, turning until golden and cooked through.

  3. Brush lightly with olive oil or lemon while cooking for shine and flavor.

Oven Option:

  • Bake at 425Β°F (220Β°C) for 15–18 minutes, broil 2 minutes for char.


3. Make the Whipped Feta Dip

  1. Add feta, yogurt, lemon, garlic, honey, and olive oil to a blender or processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Season with black pepper and dill/mint if desired.


4. Build the Grazing Board

On a large platter or wooden board, arrange:
