1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 small garlic clove

1 tsp honey

1. Marinate the Chicken

In a large bowl, mix:

garlic

thyme

paprika

salt & pepper

Add chicken pieces, coat well.

Marinate 30 minutes β 2 hours.
2. Cook the Souvlaki
Skillet or Grill:

Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.

Cook 10β12 minutes, turning until golden and cooked through.

Brush lightly with olive oil or lemon while cooking for shine and flavor.
Oven Option:
