Lasagna Rolls Dinner Plate
Ingredients:
For the Lasagna Rolls:
12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups spinach, cooked and chopped
1 egg, beaten
2 cups marinara sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Caesar Salad:
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup croutons
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Caesar dressing (to taste)
For the Garlic Bread:
1 baguette or Italian loaf, sliced
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Lasagna Rolls:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Assemble rolls: Spread the ricotta mixture over each lasagna noodle. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down in the dish.
Top and bake: Pour marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Caesar Salad:
Toss romaine lettuce with croutons and Parmesan.
Drizzle with Caesar dressing and mix well.
Garlic Bread:
Prepare the spread: Mix butter, garlic, and parsley.
Toast: Spread on bread slices and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
