Slimming World Home-Style Pizza Pasta Skewers

  • 1/2 lb penne pasta cooked
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 2 oz mini pepperonis
  • 3 oz sliced kalamata olives
  • 2 cups shredded
  • 3/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili pepper flakes
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. . Skewer your cooled pasta horizontally onto your sticks (about 12 pasta pieces on each stick) and place them on the baking sheet.

  3. Brush your pasta all over with the sauce.

  4. Sprinkle with your shredded cheese and then the toppings.

  5. Bake for 5 minutes or until beginning to turn golden brown.

  6. Watch them. Remove and sprinkle with chili pepper flakes.

Use gluten free pasta to make them gluten free.

Use vegan mozzarella cheese to make them vegan.
