  • 2 cups cooked and cooled jasmine rice (day-old rice works best)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Ingredients: Make sure all your ingredients are prepped and ready to go.
  3. Cook Chicken:  In a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Sauté the diced chicken until fully cooked and slightly browned. Set aside.
  4. Cook Eggs: In the same skillet, push the chicken to one side and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  5. Add Vegetables and Garlic: Add the frozen mixed vegetables and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are heated through and the garlic is fragrant.
  6. Combine Rice: Add the cooked and cooled jasmine rice to the skillet. Stir well to combine with the chicken, eggs, and vegetables.
  7. Season with Sauces: Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice mixture. Stir to evenly distribute the sauces.
  8. Air Fry: Transfer the fried rice mixture to the air fryer basket. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the rice is crispy and golden.
  9. Add Chicken and Green Onions: Add the cooked chicken and sliced green onions to the air fryer basket. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  10. Adjust Seasoning:  Taste the fried rice and adjust the seasoning with salt and black pepper if needed.

Remove the Air Fryer Chicken Fried Rice from the basket, serve hot, and enjoy your quick and tasty meal!
