  • At least 2 cups of whole milk
  • Grated fontina cheese 3/4 cup
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

Instructions

Here we explained this recipe step by step as follows

  1. In the first step you have to prepare the Bolognese sauce, for this purpose preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven or high heat and season the beef shanks and pork on both sides with salt and pepper and add them in a pan. Cook them from all sides until it is brown. Cook for 4 minutes at each side. Then place your cooked shank on a plate.
  3. Pour about 1 tablespoon of fat from the pan. Add pancetta and cook it until it is golden brown. Cook it for 5 minutes then set it aside on a plate lined with a paper towel with a help of soon.

  13. Spread prepared béchamel sauce at the bottom, add the prepared pasta to it, and spread the ricotta mixture to it and béchamel sauce again at it then ricotta mixture. Also, sprinkle parmesan. Place another layer of lasagna noodles and spread all of the prepared Bolognese sauce on it. Spread béchamel sauce on it and sprinkle ricotta mixture and parmesan. Add the last layer of pasta and spread all of the remaining cheese mixture, béchamel sauce, and parmesan on top of it.
