🍫 Easy Chocolate Frosty (Mediterranean)

🧺 Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced

  • 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or date syrup (to taste)

  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil or tahini

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon or espresso powder


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Blend
Add frozen bananas, almond milk, cocoa powder, honey, olive oil, vanilla, and salt to a blender.

2️⃣ Blend Until Creamy
Blend on high until thick, smooth, and frosty. Add a splash of milk if needed.

3️⃣ Serve Immediately
Pour into glasses and enjoy right away for classic frosty texture.

  • Swap olive oil for tahini for a nutty Levantine flavor
