1 Point Cheesecake

Here’s a fantastic WW Cheesecake recipe that’s been popular with members for many years. This delicious dessert is easy to make and can be made into a wide variety of flavors. You’ll quickly see why this is a classic recipe that is popular with WW members (and non-WW members, too).

This delicious cheesecake is high protein and low fat.

Points for Old Weight Watchers Cheesecake Recipe

In the past, this WW dessert was a zero point cheesecake. With the new WW plan points, this is now 1 point per serving or 5 points for the whole dessert.

While it’s not 0 points with the new system, you still can’t beat this as a 1 point Weight Watchers dessert.

Cheesecake Variations

Plain Jane – Use sugar-free vanilla, French vanilla, or cheesecake pudding mix.

Chocolate – Add 3 T unsweetened cocoa powder and use sugar-free chocolate pudding mix.

Raspberry or Orange – Use sugar-free raspberry or orange Jell-o mix.

Caramel – Add 2 tsp sugar-free caramel syrup and use sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix.

Pistachio – Use sugar-free pistachio pudding mix.

Lemon – Use sugar-free lemon pudding mix.

Topping Variations:

  • Strawberries, Raspberries, or Blueberries

1 Point Cheesecake Recipe

1 Point Cheesecake Recipe:

A delicious WW dessert that is creamy and delicious without extra fat and calories. Try the plain basic recipe or mix it up with flavors like chocolate. Top with strawberries or whipped topping for a special treat.

Cook Time : 30 mins

Resting time : 3 hrs

Total Time : 3 hrs 40 mins

Calories: 55kcal 

Ingredients:

  • 3 item eggs
  • 3 T Splenda, Stevia, or Monk Fruit powder optional
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • 3 cups plain, non-fat Greek yogurt 1 large carton
  • 1 box sugar-free pudding mix cheesecake or vanilla flavor, regular size (not the larger box)

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray pie dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, vanilla, and sweetener and beat with electric mixer until blended.
  4. Add yogurt and pudding mix and beat until creamy and smooth.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pie dish.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until firm throughout and set in the middle.
  7. This might take longer in your oven.
  8. The middle can be a bit jiggly but it should be set throughout.
  9. If it becomes too brown, cover lightly with foil.
  10. Allow to cool. Then cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Notes

This cheesecake is 1 point per slice or 5 points for the whole cheesecake for WW Program 2023. (WW math can be a bit unusual at times, but because the calories and fat are so low for this, when you have multiple servings it doesn’t add an additional points. That explains why the whole cheesecake is only 5 points.)
